Mino is a Finance Associate in the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre since April 2023. She is supporting the Administration Unit with Budget management and Financial analysis and reporting. She works with the Project managers and Team leads in maintaining the financial sustainability of the centre. She also contributes in financial and budget discussions with donors and in providing compliant reporting and further requirements.

Pia joined UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre (former UNEP DTU) in 2008 and is the HR focal point. In this capacity, Pia's work focuses on assisting the Management, all personnel, PhD's, guests and students in HR related matters and is responsible for the PhD administration. Pia coordinates most meetings involving UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre management at all levels (Management/Strategy/Sections), is handling the calendars of the Director and the Deputy Director, assisting both in travel related matters and furthermore, she support the Management and participants in COP related issues.

Jacob is Head of Operations Support at UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre with main responsibilities for financial project- planning, development, reporting and management support, administrative contact with partners, development and maintaining of administrative systems and processes.

Thomas Laursen works in the administration of UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre. He is involved in all sorts of service functions ranging from building maintenance to more traditional office tasks. These include organizing meetings, video conferences, printing, photoshop editing, contract payments, managing publications, purchasing of office supplies and equipment, shipping, managing inventory and all sort of repair work. Before joining UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre (former UNEP DTU Partnership), Thomas Laursen worked at DTU Campus at the Department of Transport.
