Bio

Aristeidis Tsakiris is a Mechanical Engineer with over ten years of experience driving energy efficiency initiatives globally. With an MSc in Sustainable Energy from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of policy and digital systems to support sustainable development in emerging and developing economies.

At the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre (UNEP-CCC), he leads the development of Monitoring & Evaluation systems, digital dashboards, and web-based Knowledge Management Systems (KMS). His work enhances data-driven decision-making and supports the dissemination of best practices through webinars, podcasts, and e-learning platforms, while also contributing to project development, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Previously, Aristeidis held key roles at the Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency (C2E2), where he managed digital tools, coordinated over 100 webinars, and supported international workshops and publications. His early career in research and consultancy focused on energy-efficient buildings and transport, laying a strong foundation for his current impact in global energy transition efforts.

Bio

Shannon Hilsey is Project Coordinator for the Building Efficiency Initiative at World Resources Institute, within the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Ms. Hilsey provides support for the SE4ALL Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA) and other building efficiency projects. Prior to joining WRI, Ms. Hilsey worked as International Economic Relations Program Coordinator at the American University School of International Service. She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from American University, as well as a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.

Bio

Forging partnerships among varying disciplines and stakeholders, Panama Bartholomy has managed and facilitated the creation and implementation of some of the largest climate and energy programs in the United States. Mr. Bartholomy’s work focuses on finding policy and program solutions for communities facing energy efficiency, renewable energy, land use and climate change challenges. Mr. Bartholomy combines frontline experience with state and local government policy and has dealt extensively in the regulatory and utility arenas.
