This module presents the fundamentals of district energy. After completing Module 1, participants will be able to:
- Describe the role of district cooling in the decarburization of the building sector
- Describe, understand and discuss fundamentals of District Cooling Systems including types of projects, networks and components
- Identify and develop the main benefits of District Cooling Systems across various stakeholders
- Recognize and apply key steps in the development of District Cooling Systems planning: phases, assessments, stakeholders etc.
