The publication reviews 12 countries and their regulatory environment, identifying and categorising ten types of regulatory barriers that ESCOs face to a smaller or greater extent in their line of business. At the launch, three countries that have participated in the analysis will briefly introduce the regulatory environment in their respective national contexts.
