Ksenia Petrichenko is a Senior Advisor at the Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency (C2E2). Ksenia provides analytical support to Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL) initiative through: research on energy efficiency and renewable best-practices, provision of technical support to targeted countries, analysis of technological pathways till 2030 and collaboration with various organisations on accelerating energy efficiency actions with a particular focus on Building Efficiency Accelerator. Prior to joining C2E2 Ksenia worked in different expert roles with Global Performance Network (GBPN), Central European University and Eco Ltd. on international projects mainly focused on energy efficiency potential and policies in the building sector. She has a PhD degree in Environmental Sciences from Central European University, as well as MSc in Environmental Sciences and MA in Economics in the Energy Sector.

Mark Lister is Managing Partner of Asia Clean Energy Partners, an international consulting and advisory firm working to support accelerated clean energy deployment with a focus on markets in Asia and the Pacific. Mark is a leading advocate for expanded energy efficiency deployment, with 20 years of experience in clean energy across a range of sectors, including strategy development for governments, founding an NGO, heading private sector ESCO development efforts in Australia and lecturing in postgraduate sustainable energy courses. In more recent times he has worked with ADB in the Philippines to facilitate and scale up climate technology investments in Asia-Pacific, and was also based in Denmark where he led the Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency, the global energy efficiency hub of Sustainable Energy for All. Mark has a number of current ESCO-related involvements including as global Chair of the US-based Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO), a position he has held since January 2020.

Bio

Helle Momsen Fredslund is an advisor at the Danish Energy Agency, under the Ministry of Energy, Supply and Climate. Here she works in the team for Global Cooperation, which collaborates with 12 countries sharing Danish experiences from a green transition. Helle’s focus is on regulation targeting energy efficiency both regarding buildings, industry and scenario. Helle has a Master degree in Social Science and Technological and Socio Economic Planning from Roskilde University, where her focus was on access to sustainable energy resources. Her work experience has also focus on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency both from a regulatory and business oriented perspective. Helle has previously worked at State of Green, the Conferation of Danish Industries, The Royal Danish Embassy in Mozambique, The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UNEP Risø.

Morten Kabell is the Mayor of Technical and Environmental Affairs of Copenhagen since 2014 he is also a board member of CPH City & Port Development. Since 2006 he has been the Red-Green Alliance spokesman in Copenhagen on traffic, climate and urban planning. Morten Kabell’s vision is to transform Copenhagen into a greener city with a higher level of liveability. His political focus is changing the traffic in Copenhagen so more people will use bicycles and public transportation.

Torben Ommen is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Denmark. He is an expert on modelling and optimisation of energy systems as well as design, optimisation and experimental analysis of thermal energy technologies, such as cogeneration plants, heat pumps, refrigeration systems and district heating/cooling.
