EnerSave Capital presents its work on developing ESCO model contracts for the Sustainable Energy Finance Association (SEFA), the European trade association for the sustainable energy industry. The model contracts developed by EnerSave Capital are designed for securitization, the repackaging of pools of ESCO projects into bonds that can achieve substantial ticket sizes attractive for investors, providing additional capital for the ESCOs to further expand their pool of projects which can again be used for further securitization. The Global ESCO Network is launching and showcasing its newly established and growing library on publicly available ESCO model contracts from various jurisdictions across the globe.
