Bio

Mrs. Kamisah Mohd Ghazali is currently leading the Key Result Area Steering Committee for Resilient Environment. She oversees programmes and activities that enhance natural ecology and built environment; improve green mobility and infrastructure; and embrace Low Carbon Society (LCS) in Iskandar Malaysia.  She joined IRDA in 2009 and played key role in the development of the Transportation Blueprint for Iskandar Malaysia and pioneer the conceptualization of Iskandar Malaysia Bus Rapid Transit. She is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. She is the Board Member for Perbadanan Pengangkutan Awam Johor. Mrs Kamisah Mohd Ghazali holds Master of Science in Transportation Planning from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Bio

Clara is a Senior Advisor at the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, specializing in energy, green finance, and climate policy. With over a decade of experience, she provides technical advice, policy analysis, and strategic guidance to support the global energy transition and sustainable development efforts.

Prior to joining UNEP-CCC, Clara worked as a Policy Analyst at the International Energy Agency (IEA), where she led initiatives in energy efficiency for cooling, buildings, appliances, and equipment. She was also responsible for the E4 Programme in Latin America and China. Her work included designing programs, delivering policy advice, conducting training sessions, and developing analytical frameworks.

She holds a Ph.D. in civil and environmental engineering and serves as a guest lecturer at Harvard University, where she teaches on sustainable building futures. Most recently, Clara was the lead author of the Global ESCO Market Report and co-author of the Global Status Report for Buildings and Construction, among others.

Bio

Aristeidis Tsakiris is a Mechanical Engineer with over ten years of experience driving energy efficiency initiatives globally. With an MSc in Sustainable Energy from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of policy and digital systems to support sustainable development in emerging and developing economies.

At the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre (UNEP-CCC), he leads the development of Monitoring & Evaluation systems, digital dashboards, and web-based Knowledge Management Systems (KMS). His work enhances data-driven decision-making and supports the dissemination of best practices through webinars, podcasts, and e-learning platforms, while also contributing to project development, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Previously, Aristeidis held key roles at the Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency (C2E2), where he managed digital tools, coordinated over 100 webinars, and supported international workshops and publications. His early career in research and consultancy focused on energy-efficient buildings and transport, laying a strong foundation for his current impact in global energy transition efforts.
