Smart Energy Solutions for Africa (SESA) is a collaborative project between the European Union and nine African countries (Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Tanzania ) that aims at providing energy access technologies and business models that are easily replicable and generate local opportunities for economic development and social cohesion in Africa.

Smart Cities Accelerator (SCA)
Smart Cities Accelerator (SCA) is financed by the EU programme Interreg-ØKS, that supports cross-regional collaboration in Europe. Climate challenges such as global warming, air pollution and pressure on natural resources has resulted in a number of political objectives at local /regional, national, European and global level.
One of the major climate objectives is to substitute fossil fuels with sustainable and renewable energy. This requires interdisciplinary development of methods and technologies.
